Rudgwick Football Club are delighted to confirm Connor Turner as Reserve Team Manager for the 2025/26 campaign, with Adam Kemp stepping in as his Assistant Manager.
Connor takes on the role after a successful season in charge of the club’s Development Squad, where he played a key part in bringing through young players and preparing them for senior football. Having been with Rudgwick for four years, Connor knows the club inside out and is committed to building a competitive and ambitious side.
Supporting him will be Adam Kemp, a name synonymous with Rudgwick FC. Adam holds the club record for most appearances, having played consistently since 2005, and brings unrivalled experience, leadership, and dedication to the role.
The Reserve Team will compete in the West Sussex Football League Division 1 this season, a strong, competitive league where Connor and Adam will look to develop a side capable of challenging for honours while providing a vital bridge between the First Team and the wider squad.
Speaking about his appointment, Connor said:
“I’m excited to step into this role and build on the work we started with the Development Squad. My aim is to create a team that plays with confidence, energy, and a clear identity, while continuing to support the First Team by developing players who are ready to make that step up.”
Adam added:
“Rudgwick has been a huge part of my life for 20 years, and I’m proud to take on this position. I want to help Connor create a team that’s competitive but also enjoyable to be part of, a side that represents the spirit of the club.”
With a blend of youthful energy and experienced leadership, the Reserve Team management duo are set to make their mark in the season ahead.
